Fees & Insurance

For coaching services, I bundle four one-hour sessions and charge $325 for these four sessions.  If a client only comes for one session, the fee is still $325. The fee for the second set of four sessions is also $325 self-pay.

If you decide on just one psychology or psychotherapy service, the cost is $175 per session.

I will work with your insurance company and bill them and you will only be responsible for your co-pay.  I currently work with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Optum, and United Healthcare in network.
